Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We ensure that all physical goods dispatched in response to your purchases are appropriately wrapped and transported via reputable courier providers to avoid any delays, damage, or loss of goods during transit, and we will not be held liable for any such unforeseen event.

Damage or Non-Delivery of Goods during Transit

If your card is damaged in transit, please email us a photo of the damaged card, including your order number and a photo of the package, to hello@wizartry.com. It is entirely at our discretion to assess the damage and replace such damaged cards. In such cases, the damaged card must be sent by trackable courier, at your expense, to the following address: MAK WEDARTS, First floor, Artpro Suites, Thrissur – Kozhikode Highway, P.O. Kaiaparambu, Thrissur, Kerala, Pin: 680546 . This allows you to assess what went wrong during the transfer. Damaged cards will be replaced free of charge upon receipt and after final inspection for damage. However, the exchange time will be similar during the processing and shipping of this order. In the event that the goods have not been delivered by the date indicated on our website and there has been a delay, you must notify us. The goods will be received from you as soon as possible. However, if the carrier notifies us that your order has been lost in transit, we will reprint your order and mail it to you at our expense. However, the exchange time will be similar during the processing and shipping of this order.

Errors in Print or Digital Cards or in Custom Gifts

We try to match the tone you see in our samples or website images to match the final printed card or custom Gits, but there may be slight differences between the two. This is not considered a defect in the final order received and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If the text on the printed card or Gifts you received differs from the final proof you approved for printing or making, please email us at hello@wizartry.com with your order number and a photo of the discrepant part. In such cases, after verifying the difference in the highlighted text, we will send you a replacement for the specific product or its components at a cost including shipping. The deadline also applies to these replacement product.

If the text on the final Digital cards or Digital products you get differs from the final proof you approved, please contact us at hello@wizartry.com with your order number and the product. In this case, once we have verified the changes you have marked, we will make the necessary edits and send you the amended final product at no additional cost to you. The same timescales that apply to making adjustments on product will also apply to creating this revised final product.

Printed Products

Before placing your final order with us, we strongly advise you to order samples to get a feel for the paper and printing. Except in the following circumstances, we do not accept purchase cancellations or reimburse payments.

  • Cancellation before you give us a confirmation to print your cards – In such instances, if the order value exceeds Rs. 10,000, we will grant you a refund less Rs. 10,000. Refunds can only be processed within three months of the order being placed.
  • Cancellation after you confirm the printing of your cards or Gifts – At this time, refunds are not possible. This is because our manufacturing team started the printing process.

Digital Products

We do not accept any cancellations of orders or issue refunds for digital products.

Limited Liability

For Print Products: In any case, our liability shall be limited to the replacement of cards discovered defective in your order, as described above, and shall not include any annoyance or damage allegedly caused to you. All claims for damage or misprinting of text must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the products, or within 7 days of the approximate delivery date indicated to you. For Digital Products: All cancellation requests for any order should be made by e-mail, with the order information clearly stated. Any cancellation or refund shall be subject to the requirements set out above and shall be limited to the monetary value of the payment received against that order after deducting any relevant bank expenses for refunding the amount.
