The printed products will be physically delivered to the address provided by you, via any available logistics service provider such as postal or courier service or carrier. Digital products are delivered electronically to your email address only. Delivered in accordance with the approximate delivery times for the products shown on the website.

The following terms apply to printed cards and other printed materials on our website that involve the delivery of physical goods.

Duties and taxes imposed by your country on import are additional and must be paid by you (if applicable). If you have any questions, please contact us.

Estimated delivery dates to your area are displayed on the website and can be accessed prior to ordering. We ship through reputable couriers and agents to ensure safe and timely delivery, but delivery may take longer due to bad weather, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen reasons beyond anyone’s control.

Delay in Delivery

If the item is not delivered by the due date, you must notify us of any delay. You can email us at hello@wizartry.com along with order details.

Loss in Transit

If the shipping company confirms that your order was lost in transit, we will reprint your order and ship it to you free of charge. However, the time to reprint and submit the order remains the same as before.

Damage in Transit

For shipping damage, you can provide a photo of the damaged card, including a photo of the package, for evaluation. It is at our sole discretion to assess damage and consider replacement of such cards. In such cases, you must send us the damaged card at your expense using a trackable courier service to ensure receipt of your return.

Damaged cards will be replaced free of charge upon receipt and after final inspection for damage. However, the time it takes to exchange is the same as during the processing and shipping of this order.

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances shall our liability be limited to replacing the card in accordance with your order, as explained above, and does not include any inconvenience or loss that you may have suffered.
